Colombo - Sacred City Of Kandy - Balana - Colombo
Sri lanka is the promising country for the outdoor activities. An island country with dense tropical forest, mountain, tea gardens and numerous beaches, every year millions of tourist visit Sri Lanka for scuba and deep sea diving, white water rafting, kite surfing and windsurfing, hiking and trekking as well as blue whales watching and island tour by seaplane. Kandy was the ancient capital of the modern Sri Lanka. It is called the sacred city of Lankadeepa. Gautama Buddha named it Lankadeepa some 2500 years ago. It is 129 kilometers away from Colombo. The largest river of the Sri Lanka that is called Mahaweli Ganga has surrounded the city. Kandy is the lavish city with colorful vegetation, beautiful hills, and immaculate waterfalls. There are numbers of attractions like historical anecdotes, art, and culture, different temples, museums, monasteries, meditation centers, lakes, mountain ranges and gardens that attracts thousands of national and international tourist annually.
Upon arriving in Sri Lanka, you will receive by our representative at the airport and transfer to the hotel. On the same day, you can visit city tour of Colombo.
After breakfast, you will drive to Kandy - 115 km from Colombo on the private car. In the evening, you will take the private trip to the UNESCO-listed sacred city of Kandy.
On the third day, you will have guided tour to selected Kandy heritage sites including market square, spice garden and the temple of Tooth Relic. You can have lunch at the local restaurant in the market square.
On the fourth day, you will explore ancient Balana fort and enjoy the flavor of the rich cultural history of Sri Lanka along with tea gardens and dense green forest.
Early morning after breakfast, we will set for the day long trekking to Alagalla mountain range with carrying out lunch box. By late evening, you will back to the hotel.
